     Elder Tjuana McElhaney is a native of Gastonia.  She was raised in Clover SC, and later moved to the Gastonia area.  She is a 1990 Graduate of "Hunter Huss" and takes pride in being a "Husky!"  Although she is a part of the enemy rival for her husband's alma mater, they now band together to fight the devil for the kingdom of God!

      During her life, Elder Tjuana has faced many challenges, which provides a proven testimony that GOD IS REAL!  She shares her story daily to encourage the next man, woman, boy, or girl, that "you can make it!"

      Tjuana prides herself in being a dreamer.  She states that "I am a dreamer with big dreams, because my FATHER can make them all come true." She professes that there is a "BUT GOD" in every situation because there is nothing too hard for God.

      Elder Tjuana McElhaney has yielded to the call of ministry to a world of hurting women, who struggle with letting God order their footsteps.  Tjuana vows to revitalize the revolution of the "virtuous woman" in society today.  Although many women struggle in bad relationships, abusive marriages, and loneliness, God shows us in Proverbs 31,  a woman who embodies the qualities which every believing woman should strive for in her personal life and appearance, in her family life, and in her daily duties.  Firstlady McElhaney strives to be the example of that Virtuous Woman to lead other women into their destiny.

      God has given her a vision for women to band together to be a "Guiding Light" to a new age of women to come.  Elder Tjuana prays to launch a Womens ministry full of hope, dreams, support, encouragement, and faith! 

      Elder McElhaney serves as Director of Ministry Operations at ALM and is delighted to share her life with the illustrious Pastor Pierre McElhaney.  He makes her beautiful in every way by loving her as Christ loved the Church.  They are the proud parents of Zachary LaQuandre (15) and Neves Tjuan (4). God has allowed them to share in the rearing of a shining star, their God-daughter Simone Monique (19).
